Pumpkin Baby Rice is a great way to introduce first food to your baby. It has a smooth texture, added prebiotic GOS, and is enriched with iron. One serving provides an average of 48% of your baby’s iron RDI* needs. Made with organic pumpkins, it’s a great way to introduce veggies to your bub. This cereal is easily made up by adding water or baby’s usual milk. Free from artificial flavours, artificial colours, artificial preservatives, GMO ingredients or synthetic pesticides。

Preparation :
Step 1
Always wash your hands before preparing food for your baby. Make sure all utensils are thoroughly clean
Step 2
Boil clean drinking water for 5 minutes. Allow to cool. Measure 6 tablespoons (120ml) and pour previously boiled, cool water into baby’s bowl. Water can be substituted for baby’s usual milk if desired.
Step 3
Add 2 tablespoons (14 g) of cereal and stir until the cereal is smooth and feed immediately using a spoon.
Do not keep unfinished portion.
When prepared with breast milk the cereal becomes thinner. Add as desired for preferred consistency.
Appropriate portion sizes will vary on factors such as age, stage of development and appetite.
Serving Suggestions :
1-2 serves recommended per day.

- Always make sure your baby is seated in an upright position, and always supervise your baby while eating.
Storage :
- Store in pouch with seal closed in a cool dry place.
- Use contents within 28 days of opening.
